Corporate
Lincoln Crowne & Company is an independent corporate advisory firm that specializes in the delivery of Mergers & Acquisitions advice, in addition to detailed corporate and strategic advice.
Lincoln Crowne & Company acts for both Australian and international clients – including advising on cross border opportunities.
Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestments
LCC counsels its clients with complex questions relating to that client’s future growth aspirations. Our work is therefore founded on assisting clients with the development of shareholder value moving forward.
LCC’s approach to the craft of Mergers & Acquisitions combines multiple specific skills – game theory, a deep understanding of legal frameworks applicable to mergers & acquisitions, financial modelling & valuation analysis, negotiation & influence and deal structuring – against a backdrop of specific understanding about each client’s industry and business model.
The application of this basket of skills allows LCC’s advice to be tailored from commercially straightforward to technically complex – with the bias of advice being determined with each client on a case by case basis.
In addition to this LCC has developed proprietary approaches to both Australian & Cross Border deal origination, with such ideas being based upon logical & complimentary expansion to the client’s business model.
Corporate Advisory
Corporate advisory engagements focus on 3 core areas :
1. Assisting shareholders, joint venture partners and directors navigate typically complex & challenging corporate situations that are often controversial.
2. Leading strategic reviews of organisations & assets, where Directors & Management are seeking to optimise corporate structures with a view to boosting shareholder value.
3. Developing frameworks for engagement in commercial negotiations, leading clients to consider multiple influence tactics against a backdrop of detailed understanding of the various financial scenarios that might present for the client and any counter party.
LCC’s seeks engagements that require deep thought, and truly independent approach and the application of rigorous analysis. We believe such professional work is rewarding to both our clients and LCC’s staff.
We have learned that whilst it may appear that there are simple answers to questions posed, this is rarely the case.

Our Firm has a deep understanding of sectors including :
• Industrial & Industrial Services
• Engineering & Mining Services
